Since February 2026, Andy Vande Voorde has been supporting LeanForms’ growth in Belgium. He guides organizations from the very first contact and works with them to explore how processes can be designed to be smarter and more efficient.
Andy has a broad background, ranging from automotive engineering and sales to recruitment, project management, and business development. A common thread throughout all of this is his curiosity about people, technology, and the way organizations operate.

From Challenge to the Next Step
Andy guides potential customers from the initial introduction through their first steps with LeanForms. He assesses their current workflows and challenges and translates these into concrete opportunities within the platform.
He remains involved even after that. Together with clients, he explores possible next steps to further automate processes and make them more efficient. He particularly draws energy from interacting with people and getting to the bottom of complex issues.
Open, honest, and compassionate
Andy believes it’s important for customers to be able to come to him with any question. If he doesn’t know the answer right away, he’ll work with them to find a solution or put them in touch with the right person. He communicates openly and honestly and is genuinely curious about what motivates people.
Always a new project
In his free time, Andy enjoys delving into personal development, web development, and AI. He also plays the piano and likes to unwind by playing video games.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he organized online music events. The largest event, which lasted 24 hours, drew 13,000 participants. He celebrated his 23rd birthday with 29 people from more than five countries whom he had never met in person. The compass in his photo was a gift from them that day.
