2010
After years of experimentation, Anton and Ronald registered their company with the Chamber of Commerce: LeanForms B.V. was born. They took their first steps from a garage in Brabant, and their first customers were immediately enthusiastic. The foundation was laid.-
2013
The user base is growing. Through close collaboration with customers and a fresh approach to quality management, LeanForms is expanding its functionality. What began as a simple idea is now evolving into a powerful and practical quality management system. -
2017
The team is growing! The arrival of new employees brings a fresh dynamic. Development and growth are accelerating, but our core values remain the same: top quality and personalized service. 
2021
LeanForms continues to grow—more clients, larger projects, and international partnerships. The organization is becoming more professional and has successfully earned ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Everything is documented in its own system: exactly as it should be.-
2024
On January 1, Anton will pass the baton to his son Pim, who has been with the company for seven years. Together with Ronald, he will continue to build toward the future. The consulting firm is expanding, and work is beginning on a complete redevelopment of the application using the latest technologies. -

Our international ambitions are becoming a reality! A brand-new, multilingual website and a fresh, modern user interface are setting LeanForms up for its next phase of growth.
