Ronald is co-founder of LeanForms and has been responsible for technology since day one. He leads the development of the platform, ensures a stable infrastructure and monitors digital security. With his broad background in software development, he always knows how to bring technical challenges back to smart, practical solutions. Involved, approachable and proud of what is there.
Pim Schaerlaeckens
Consultant, Managing Director
Pim started as a consultant at LeanForms in 2017 and worked his way up to the role of Managing Director. With his background in Industrial Engineering and his experience in sales, consulting, and team development, he knows exactly what’s going on—both with clients and on the work floor. He values clarity, enjoys collaborating, and believes that the best results come when people feel comfortable doing what they do.
Anton Schaerlaeckens
Senior consultant
Anton is co-founder of LeanForms and has been with the company since 2010. He brings with him more than 25 years of practical experience. With a background in chemical technology and a past as a QA and HSE manager, he knows exactly what organizations need. He helps companies in construction, industry and services work together smarter and improve processes. Honest, involved and always with an eye for results.
Lars Heijdeman
Consultant
Lars is a consultant at LeanForms and helps organizations implement digital forms and process optimization. With a background in Business IT & Management, he understands like no other the bridge between technology and practice. His strength lies in customer-oriented work, clear communication and a proactive approach. Committed, down-to-earth and always solution-oriented.
Alexander Simons
Consultant
Alexander is a consultant with a specialization in QHSE and active at LeanForms since early 2024. Thanks to his background as QHSE coordinator and education in Higher Safety Studies, he knows better than anyone how to make processes safer and more efficient. He not only helps customers with the design of the software, but also takes a critical look at underlying working methods. Pragmatic and always focused on improvement.
Timo Keurentjes
Software developer
Timo has been involved with LeanForms since 2017. What started as an internship quickly grew into a permanent place on the team. As developer he works on the continued development of the application: Van building new features to fixing bugs and thinking about the technical direction. He knows the platform like no other and contributes to everything that makes LeanForms a little smarter every day.
Mathilde Nederlof
Marketing manager
Since 2022, Mathilde has been responsible for marketing and communications at LeanForms. With a background in graphics and extensive experience in marketing, she moves between strategy and execution. She makes complex information understandable, guards the brand image and makes sure LeanForms is visible in the right places. She prefers to work on content that really matters, together with colleagues and customers.
Thomas Busch
Support assistant
Thomas supports the consulting team at LeanForms. He combines his role with studying Business Administration. Thomas switches gears easily and helps colleagues and customers move forward, whether it is with a demo form or just a good idea. He likes working with people and is always in for a chat. Sporty, cheerful and always looking to improve.
Jethro van den Oever
Software Developer
Jethro joined LeanForms in June 2025 as a Full-Stack Developer. With a background in application development and a keen interest in security, he contributes to improving and extending our software. Jethro loves smart solutions, good structure and code that really works. Serious when necessary, light-hearted when possible.
Andy Vande Voorde
Business Development Belgium
As the first Belgian team member, Andy focuses on LeanForms’ growth in Belgium. He guides organizations from the very first contact and works with them to explore how processes can be designed to be smarter and more efficient. With his broad experience, genuine interest in people, and direct communication style, he quickly gets to the heart of the matter. Even after the initial steps, he remains involved and contributes ideas on further automation and growth.
Dagmara Chojnacka
Financial Administration & Back Office
Behind the scenes, Dagmara ensures that LeanForms’ financial administration and day-to-day operations are well organized. She brings structure to the process, maintains an overview, and supports her colleagues as needed. With her dedicated and helpful attitude, she contributes to a pleasant work environment where everyone can do their job well.

Tinne doesn’t just want to know if something works, but above all how it works and whether it can be made even smarter. With his curiosity, eye for detail, and passion for technology, he’s working on the further development of the LeanForms platform. He enjoys contributing ideas for improvements and gets energized by software that works well and truly adds value for the user.
