Pim Schaerlaeckens
Pim has been part of LeanForms since 2017 and has held various roles over the years: from consultant and account manager to CEO. That broad experience allows him to move effortlessly between strategy, client relations, and internal processes. As the person ultimately responsible for sales, consulting, and marketing, he looks not only at the numbers but, above all, at the people behind them.

Room to Grow
What’s important to Pim? That people have the opportunity to grow. He sees it as his job to give his colleagues trust, responsibility, and a pleasant work environment. He especially enjoys seeing how quickly young colleagues grow when they’re given the space to do so. He himself prefers to stay close to the day-to-day work: pitching in, contributing ideas, and working together to achieve something you can be proud of.
Always up for a quick sprint
Outside of work, Pim enjoys playing sports. He always wants to win at squash or padel, and he’s an avid runner. He’s already run marathons in Berlin and New York and dreams of one day completing all the World Marathon Majors.
On the weekend, you’ll find him at a festival, at a NAC game, or manning the barbecue. He’s always surrounded by people, because that’s what gives him energy! Every morning, he starts with a bowl of quark, even though he doesn’t really like it.
