Pim Schaerlaeckens
Pim has been part of LeanForms since 2017 and has had various roles over the years: From consultant and account manager to Managing Director. This broad experience ensures that he moves effortlessly between strategy, customer contact and internal processes. As the person ultimately responsible for sales, consultancy and marketing, he looks not only at the numbers, but especially at the people behind them.

Room to grow
What Pim thinks is important? That people can develop. He sees it as his job to give colleagues confidence, responsibility and a pleasant working environment. Especially with young colleagues he likes to see how quickly they grow if they are given the space. He himself prefers to stay close to the field: Working together, thinking along and creating something to be proud of.
Always up for a sprint
Outside of work, Pim enjoys sports. He always wants to win at squash or padel and he is an avid runner. He already ran marathons in Berlin and New York and dreams of one day completing all World Marathon Majors.
On weekends you can find him at a festival, at NAC or behind the barbecue. Together with the people around him, because that gives him energy! Every morning he starts with a bowl of cottage cheese, even though he doesn’t really like to eat it.
