LeanForms was initially deployed within the organization to eliminate paper workflows. It is now mainly about optimizing business processes, where forms or registrations are required, and setting them up more efficiently and effectively.

A proliferation of internal paper forms made it increasingly difficult and time-consuming to process them. You could no longer see through the forms, so to speak. We have been working with LeanForms for about a year and a half now, and we have since integrated LeanForms into various processes.

LeanForms is widely deployed at Bredenoord. after implementing an incident form, among other things, a business management system will also be implemented. A number of forms are still in the pipeline and will support business processes.
