Well-designed processes help your organization operate more efficiently, make better use of information, and implement targeted improvements. But where do you start? And how do you determine which next step is relevant for your organization?
During this event, we’ll guide you through six steps toward better-designed processes. These steps serve as the common thread throughout the program and will help you see where your organization stands today, what steps logically follow, and how to tackle them.
You won’t be on this journey alone. You’ll engage in conversations with colleagues, share experiences, and make new connections. This happens, among other things, during the interactive networking sessions, where you can continue talking in an informal setting with people you’ve gotten to know a little better throughout the day. We’ll also provide a delicious walking dinner.
You’ll go home with a clear picture of where you stand today, concrete next steps, new contacts who are dealing with similar issues, and probably a few new favorite dishes.

Koetshuis Zoersel offers a charming setting for knowledge exchange and networking.
Participation is free of charge. Advance registration is required.
Koetshuis Zoersel is located in the lush Hallehof park grounds. Inside the gates of the grounds, there are two parking lots where you can park for free. Upon arrival, follow the parking signs. The Koetshuis is located to the right of the castle.
Are you coming by public transportation? Plan your trip in advance using De Lijn’s route planner.
