Get More Out of Your Processes

Well-designed processes help your organization operate more efficiently, make better use of information, and implement targeted improvements. But where do you start? And how do you determine which next step is relevant for your organization?

During this event, we’ll guide you through six steps toward better-designed processes. These steps serve as the common thread throughout the program and will help you see where your organization stands today, what steps logically follow, and how to tackle them.

You won’t be on this journey alone. You’ll engage in conversations with colleagues, share experiences, and make new connections. This happens, among other things, during the interactive networking sessions, where you can continue talking in an informal setting with people you’ve gotten to know a little better throughout the day. We’ll also provide a delicious walking dinner.

You’ll go home with a clear picture of where you stand today, concrete next steps, new contacts who are dealing with similar issues, and probably a few new favorite dishes.

What can you expect?

During this afternoon session:

  • You’ll gain insight into the different phases of process design;
  • You’ll discover where your organization stands today;
  • You’ll gain direction for the next step in improving your processes;
  • You’ll exchange experiences with professionals from other organizations;
  • You’ll have plenty of opportunity to make new connections.
