About Bredenoord
The Bredenoord family business has been providing temporary power supplies for 85 years.
They are growing rapidly and are at the forefront of the energy transition with new energy sources such as battery systems. They also have a large fleet of generators. With its solutions (generator rental, sales, service & repair) Bredenoord provides the (temporary) energy for successful and powerful business. Especially in those situations where energy is not always certain and self-evident. The energy of Bredenoord enables its customers to operate as they wish.
The use of LeanForms within Bredenoord
Eelco Houkes explains that they were organizing everything in Word and Excel before they started working with LeanForms. This was an outdated system. Bredenoord wanted a system where things could be easily combined, such as forms and process descriptions.
They chose not to go with a high-end system, as it has a lot of impact in the organization. An ERP system also proved not to be the solutions, as its capabilities are limited. They ended up with LeanForms because it is very flexible and can be set up in their own way.
Among other things, Bredenoord has now implemented an incident form. They are currently in the process of describing processes, and a business management system will also be implemented. This will also organize the themes of safety and the environment.
LeanForms can then be used much more widely within Bredenoord. A number of forms are still in the pipeline and will start supporting business processes, including the possibility of being able to plot specific actions.
Benefits of working with LeanForms within Bredenoord
Erik Balster explains that saving time is a big advantage. For the incident report, among other things, they provide overviews and KPIs, and in the past they spent a lot of time transferring all the data. That’s all automated now. It has also become much easier to report incidents.
