About Hemubo
Hemubo takes care of customers in the field of real estate. The activities are very broad. From replacing a kitchen faucet to building a complete new construction complex and from asbestos remediation to bathroom renovation.
With its ten operating companies-specializing in construction engineering, service & mutation, painting, asbestos remediation and in installation, concrete and facade technology-Hemubo has all the knowledge to carry out projects entirely in-house.
The use of LeanForms within Hemubo
Because of its many production locations, Hemubo was looking for a solution to record workplace inspections, toolbox registrations and incident registrations in an unambiguous manner.
Previously, everything was still recorded on paper. These documents were put in a folder with the executor and there was little insight into the data. This also proved to be the case when they started working with Excel and, in addition, working with Excel was very time-consuming. It was therefore important not only for the company itself to digitize processes, but also the VCA and ISO 9001 require insight and improvement measures. Hemubo has therefore been using LeanForms for over a year now.
With LeanForms, Hemubo has much more insight into the processes within all of the company’s production sites, Sander says. This also allowed an improvement cycle to be deployed. The internal data analyst uses LeanForms to create overviews for the management. Using dashboards, all data can be clearly presented.
Benefits of working with LeanForms
As advantages, Sander mentions saving time, insight and the fact that everything is immediately properly archived. Before, you had to look up a form, print it out, fill it in, scan it and send it on. With LeanForms, many actions are no longer necessary. It’s just a matter of opening a form and filling it out.

Advanced workflows step by step
Digitization does not stop at replacing paper forms with a digital alternative. The real gain comes when processes become smarter. Workflows play a key role in this: By setting up digital forms intelligently, the system automatically streamlines the follow-up based on the answers. This gives your organization grip, speed and peace of mind and makes digitization work for you.
