Ronald was at the cradle of LeanForms and since then it has been impossible to imagine life without it. As Manager IT he is responsible for everything to do with technology: from product development and infrastructure to information security. He switches daily between programming, managing and supporting. With his years of experience, he ensures that LeanForms runs reliably and gets better every day.

Technology with an eye for people
Ronald finds it important that technology works and that people can work well with it. He gets energy from solving complex problems and translating customer wishes into concrete solutions. But just as important to him is the atmosphere in the team. Because if people feel comfortable and move forward together, the rest will follow naturally.
His strength? Combining technical depth with a great sense of what people need, both inside and outside the company.
Tennis court, family and golf club
Outside of work, you can find Ronald on the tennis court, at the golf club or doing odd jobs in and around the house. He is involved in the tennis club and enjoys doing things together with his family. Sports, being outdoors and a little bit of handling, that suits him. He met his wife in Greece and moved from Waalwijk to Zeeland. Meanwhile, the latter has been his home for years.
