We are looking for a Growth Marketer/Performance Marketer who doesn’t just focus on figures on a dashboard, but on real results: Demo requests, customer conversations and growth.

Together with our Marketing manager and the Sales department, you form a strong team: You focus on online growth and lead generation, and you reinforce each other’s work.

You:

  • Collaborates on growth strategy (focusing on SEA, retargeting and lead nurturing);
  • DirectsGoogle Ads campaigns intelligently;
  • Analyzes funnel data and sees where visitors are dropping out or where opportunities exist;
  • Comes up with improvement proposals to structurally increase our lead quality;
  • Works independently, but spars with pleasure.

What do you bring?

  • Experience with B2B lead generation (affinity with technology/software is important);
  • Strong strategic thinking skills (you oversee the big picture and make informed choices);
  • A curious, testing mindset;
  • Knowledge of SEA, SEO, link building and tools such as Google Ads, GA4 and HubSpot;
  • You have at least college work or thinking level and a background in marketing, digital business or a similar commercial or digital field.
