As a Sales & Implementation Consultant, you are the link between need and solution, from first contact to successful go live.

Function

In this versatile position, you will combine sales and implementation. You guide prospects from the first meeting to the successful delivery of their solution. You easily switch between commercial conversations and substantive implementation sessions, and know how to flawlessly translate customer needs into workable digital processes.

You are someone who:

  • HBO working and thinking level (preferably in Technical Business Administration or similar)
  • Is commercially and analytically strong
  • Gets energy from customer contact and customer satisfaction
  • Can quickly switch between different projects and stakeholders
  • Works independently, but also enjoys sparring with colleagues
  • Shows initiative and likes to think about improvements

What will you do?

  • You guide leads through the sales process.
  • You will conduct intakes and demos with potential clients.
  • You translate customer requirements into clear solutions in our software.
  • You implement the chosen solution with new customers.
  • You will maintain contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • You actively think about our internal processes and commercial approach.
