Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant at LeanForms, you’re responsible for the implementation process at your clients’ sites. You analyze, set up, guide, and ensure that everything works. You’ll have a great deal of freedom to make your own decisions and shape the implementation process.
What will you do?
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll work with both new and existing clients who want to further optimize their environments upon request.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying processes and requirements
- Translating these requirements into a concrete design in LeanForms
- Technical Design and Development of Forms and Workflows
- Providing basic training for users
- For integrations with other systems, you’ll work closely with IT
- You’ll spend about half your time working on-site at client locations and the other half at our office in Breda. Working from home part of the time is also an option.
About the Position
You’ll be directly involved in how organizations set up their digital processes. What you build and design will be used in the client’s day-to-day operations. Because we work across various sectors—including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and services—you’ll find yourself in a wide variety of environments. The specifics of the role will depend in part on your experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- HBO working and thinking level (preferably in Technical Business Administration or similar)
- Is able to analyze processes effectively
- Translate customer requirements into a technical design
- Ability to work independently
- Feels comfortable in a role that involves customer contact
- Enjoys teaching basic training sessions
- Experience with digitization or software implementations is a plus
