The use of LeanForms within Vacumetal
Vacumetal has been using LeanForms for more than 10 years now. At the time, there was a need to standardize registrations, be able to follow up on problems, centralize data and digitize processes.
LeanForms was initially deployed within the organization to eliminate paper workflows. It is now mainly about optimizing business processes, where forms or registrations are required, and setting them up more efficiently and effectively.
It looks at processes that take a route, that is, that have a beginning and an end. Digital forms are developed for these processes with LeanForms. This eliminates a lot of paperwork.
One of the first forms they implemented was a form to record and track deviations in production. They also use LeanForms for such things as service reports and work orders.
More and more processes can be digitized in this way.
