Improvement cycle

Improvement actions follow the cycle of plan, do, check, act. This cycle of continuous improvement is an integral part of quality management. In addition, the quality system must ensure that improvements are embedded and that the organization does not relapse into past mistakes.

The core of this vision is that every employee on a (production) process is thus able to assess and improve his own working methods. This is because the employee’s actions form their own sub-process of the higher-level process. Management should do the analysis on the higher-level processes, management for the primary business processes.

Improving quality will reduce expenses and increase productivity.
