Scrum
Scrum is a working method that enables teams to create a (software) product in an agile way. The team itself is responsible for devising and implementing the solution to the customer demand.
Scrum is applied in team settings where teams are no larger than 11 people. Scrum Teams are multidisciplinary and self-directed, meaning that team members decide among themselves who does what, when and how.
The Scrum framework is based on continuous learning and adapting to fluctuating factors. It recognizes that the team does not know everything at the beginning of a project and will evolve through experience. It is structured to help teams adapt naturally to changing conditions and user requirements, with reprioritization built into the process and short release cycles so the team can constantly learn and improve.
