About Ebro Foods Benelux

Ebro Foods Benelux is a grouping of 3 companies (Ebrofoods Belgium, Ebrofoods Netherlands & Ebro Ingredients) and is part of the Spanish multinational Ebro Foods SA. Ebro Benelux processes rice products and derivatives, both whole and broken rice and rice flour. It also processes pulses & grains. Customers of the products are both retail and industrial customers worldwide. Among consumers, there is particular familiarity under the brand names Lassie, Bosto & Tilda.

Efficiency and clarity in business processes

In the Dutch branch of Ebro Foods, LeanForms was already in use, initially for the automation of the master data flow. Prior to the implementation of LeanForms, a lot of work was still done with Excel files, which were circulated between different departments and employees. This led to confusion about the location of forms, who was supposed to perform which tasks, and important information was often missing.

After a successful rollout in the Netherlands, Ebro Foods Benelux decided to integrate LeanForms into its Belgian operations. This resulted in streamlined, automated processes that significantly improved efficiency and transparency.
