Release Notes for Version 4.4.0

General

• When you change a step in the route as a data corrector, the history table now shows that the change was made by a data corrector.
• In a standard export template, questions from the form can now be included in the same way as in a regular template.
• A data corrector can now edit a form that is in a “Pending” step.
• A handler can now be assigned to a “Pending” step. This handler can forward the form before the date being waited for is reached.
• The result row of the matrix calculation is now also displayed in the standard export.
• Images from the Image Browser in the question text are now also displayed in the standard export.
• Images from the Image Browser in the question text are now displayed correctly in the form across all environments.
• If you copy a formula question and not all of the questions used in the formula are copied along with it, you can now edit the formula correctly again.
• Opening a link in a message now works better.
• Opening a temporary link in the survey management interface is now handled correctly.
• Reminders are no longer sent to deleted users.
• If SSO is enabled, you will no longer see an “Add” button when managing users.
• Detection of changes to permissions on a form type that has already been saved now works correctly.
• Error messages in charts no longer cause errors when saving forms.
• Data series in a chart with the same question and the same value no longer cause an error message.
• Form numbers are once again assigned correctly when creating forms with automatic start.

Reports

• Many reports that used to be very slow are now much faster.
• The limit on the number of questions in a form type has been removed. However, we still recommend keeping form types small whenever possible. This makes them faster and easier to maintain.
• Chinese characters are now displayed correctly in reports.
• There is a new filter type: “is empty.” This allows you to filter for questions that are empty.
• The row number is now displayed for matrix rows in the report.
• The “contains” filter on a checkbox now works correctly.
• The “With attachments” and “No attachments” filters now work.
• The “With drawing” and “No drawing” filters have been added.
• The “Checked” and “Unchecked” filters for a checkbox without options now work.
