Release notes version 3.6.0

Version 3.6 again contains a few functional enhancements. In addition, several issues have been fixed.

Below is a summary of the major changes.

 

Enhancements and improvements

• It is (limited) possible to include parallel steps in the route.
  It is possible to ‘split’ a treatment step in the route into several parallel steps. Each of these steps must be completed before the form continues in the route. When drawing the route, a check is made whether the corresponding arrow is allowed.

• It is possible to draw on an image to clarify what it is about. Here it is possible to choose from 4 colors. View the manual.
• The “Forward” button is repeated at the bottom of the form.
• To avoid user confusion, the “Save” option is included under the “More” button.
• Extension reminder emails. Check out the guide on reminders.
  • In addition to the reminder emails at a treatment step, urgent reminders can be defined.
  • Treatment time and reminder interval can now also be defined in working days.
• Change practitioner in the route at a dynamic step.
  If the practitioner in the route is determined by a question in the form, after an adjustment of the question in question, the form will be assigned to the new practitioner. The form will disappear from “My Forms” of the original practitioner, who will also no longer receive any reminders.
• Survey improvements.
  • Sent out survey forms no longer appear in the “My Forms” list of the person who sent out the forms.
  • When creating the survey, “Mapping” shows the questions from the form version from which the survey was opened. In this way, a survey based on a revision can also be tested.
  • Save survey form as logged in user crashed in some cases.
  • “Received on” date at survey summary was not properly populated.
• Several minor improvements.
  • It is possible to define a key field to be displayed on “My Forms”.
  • Sorting of items in a List immediately visible after checking sort option.
  • The link to another form (via dataset based a report) is displayed even if you do not have edit permissions on the form.
  • Help information button near an element drawing is better aligned.
  • Related questions to actions in form design shown in order of question number, as it is also shown in the mail.

Bugs

• Fixed problems with uploading large numbers of attachments.
• iPhone zooms in when you fill out a public form and does not zoom out again.
• Combination Comm’ant / LeanBMS.
  • Logging in via a mobile device with Single Sign On did not work well.
  • After logging out, the correct environment was not always displayed (Comm’ant or LeanForms).
• Various minor issues.
  • Long step name gave error message.
  • Typing in an empty formula editor did not work well.
  • Control that from only 1 matrix questions can be added to report, restored.
  • Export of “My actions” gave error message on formulas with dates in Excel if date setting user was set to English.

Matrix lines are displayed in the mail again with alternating background (white/gray).
