Release notes version 4.0.1

In this minor update, we made improvements and fixed bugs.

The display of a “Register Changes” table within a component has been improved.
Customizing the order of favorites has been improved.
With the app installed, the brand color is again properly displayed in the top bar.
The new standard logo loads better.
The icons in the route load better.
The page buttons associated with a dataset are displayed correctly again.
“Search” now also works well with a Power BI dashboard.
Removing test forms when activating a form type has been improved around removing attachments from actions.
The name of the environment is no longer shown in the title in the page for certain links to public forms.
Closed actions can be shown again in the report.
