Especially in a compact team, the variation between coding, consulting and thinking along is something that appeals to him. Clear communication is important to him , so that everyone knows where they stand.

Timo is analytical, structured and tackles things thoroughly. He likes quietness to focus, but is always willing to help if something comes up. With his broad experience within LeanForms, he is a stable factor in the development team and seeks he technical questions to the bottom.
Keeper, trainer, coach éand referee
Outside of work hours, Timo can often be found on the field hockey field as a goalie, trainer, coach or referee. Once he even stood in goal on a New Zealand team and won from the team a current colleague played on! For him, sports are the ideal counterpart to working behind a screen.
