Hemubo is a multidisciplinary organization focused on the strategic renovation and maintenance of real estate and civil engineering projects. The emphasis is on delivering value to the customer, which can take different forms depending on the situation.

About Hemubo

Hemubo takes care of all its customers’ real estate needs. The scope of work is very broad—ranging from replacing a kitchen faucet to building an entirely new complex, and from asbestos removal to bathroom renovations.

With its ten operating companies—specializing in construction, maintenance and renovations, painting, asbestos removal, and installation, concrete, and facade engineering—Hemubo has all the expertise needed to carry out projects entirely on its own.

The Use of LeanForms at Hemubo

Because it has so many production sites, Hemubo was looking for a solution to consistently document, for example, workplace inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident reports.

Previously, everything was still recorded on paper. These documents were filed in a folder kept by the contractor, and there was little insight into the data. This turned out to be the case even after they started using Excel, and working with Excel was also very time-consuming.

Digitizing processes was therefore important not only for the company itself, but also because the VCA and ISO 9001 standards require transparency and improvement measures. That is why Hemubo now uses LeanForms.

With LeanForms, Hemubo has much greater insight into the processes at all of the company’s production sites. This has also made it possible to implement a continuous improvement cycle. The internal data analyst uses LeanForms to generate reports for management. Dashboards allow all the data to be presented in a clear and organized manner.

Benefits of Working with LeanForms

The biggest advantages are time savings, insight, and the fact that everything is properly archived right away. Before, you had to find a form, print it out, fill it out, scan it, and send it on. With LeanForms, many of those steps are no longer necessary. It’s simply a matter of opening a form and filling it out.

“The internal data analyst uses LeanForms to create reports for management. Dashboards allow all the data to be presented clearly.” — Sander Teussink, HSE Coordinator at Hemubo
