4.1 Creating Reports
1 Introduction
For each form, there is the possibility of creating one or more personal reports.
These reports, unlike the search report, can be further formatted according to personal preferences.
They are used for monthly reports, management reports, etc.
2 Methods
- Select a form and navigate to “Reports.”
- Fill in the “General Data”
- “Name”: Clear description of the report.
- “Template”; Select the report template you want to use.
- Route forms only; Check if only forms that have not yet been processed are to be included.
- “Actions on report”; Check if actions on a question should also be included.

- If desired, define one or more filters to create a limited selection of all forms to be included in the relevant report.
- Choose the “Component” from which you want to use a question for the filter
- Choose the question on which the forms to be displayed depend.
- Choose the operator: in what way is the field dependent.
- = (equal to)
- <> (dissimilar to)
- >= (greater than or equal to)
- <= (less than or equal to)
- > (greater than)
- < (less than)
- contains
- The operators work slightly differently for questions of type “date.” See more explanation later in this article.
- Enter the value (text or number) that the field should satisfy.
- Click “+ ”
The defined condition is displayed in the list below the condition definition.
- If desired, define one or more filters to create a limited selection of all forms to be included in the relevant report.
- Questions, this defines which questions from the form are included on the report.
- “Question”; Select desired part (1st dropdown list) and desired question (2nd dropdown list)
- “Show on report”: Question is shown on the screen when the report is requested.
- “Export”:Question is included in the export of the report.
- “Default sort field”; Question is used for sorting forms, choose:
- Ascending
- Descending
- Click “X”
The selected question is added in the box to the right.
Customize questions in report
- Click on the question in the right frame and with the buttons and can change the order.
- Double-click on the relevant question
- Associated features are shown on the left
- On the left, these features can be modified
- Click “+” to save the changes.
- Click “Delete” to remove the question from the report.
- Double-click on the relevant question
3 Points of attention and tips
With the filter for the date, there are several options.
If a date (dd-mm-yyyy) is chosen as the value of the filter, the operator works as expected with that date. For example, “date request >= 01-02-2020” means on or after Feb. 1, 2020.
If a number(x) is chosen as the value of the filter, the operators work as follows:
“>” Upcoming x days
From: today
Until: x days in the future
“<” Last x days
From: x days ago
Until: today
“>=” As of x days ago
From: x days ago
Up to: unlimited
“<=” As of x days in the future
From: x days in the future
