A quality management system (also known as a KMS or QMS) is a set of business processes to ensure the quality of the entire business operation in a systematic, transparent and effective manner and to bring it into a process of continuous improvement. It is aligned with an organization’s purpose and strategic direction.
The system makes visible the critical processes in the organization, whether customer requests are processed correctly and on time, and whether your customers are satisfied or even loyal.
