Quality Manager

The quality manager (or quality control manager) keeps the organization “sharp” and puts the customer at the center of the (business) processes. The quality manager is continuously looking for improvement actions and is focused on innovations and implementing them.

A quality manager is first and foremost a consultant: he researches, measures and analyzes the performance of various processes in an organization to ensure and optimize quality. He makes quality suggestions and oversees their implementation. As a manager, he usually directs one or more employees who support him in monitoring, testing and analyzing processes. This can be either on the factory floor in the case of product quality or in the office when improving the quality of a service.

LeanForms provides quality managers with a practical tool to centrally record and track improvement actions, audits and process measurements.
