Using LeanForms to Manage Drone Operations
One of the applications for which Falcker LeanForms is used is managing drone operations.
Based on internal procedures and drone laws and regulations, they want to maintain control over their activities and the resources used to carry them out. Before launching LeanForms, Falcker was already using simple digital forms. These forms were static, lacked consistency, and did not provide a comprehensive overview.
Furthermore, due to major changes in (European) legislation, there was a need for more comprehensive record-keeping of work activities.
With this in mind, Falcker has decided to take a more professional approach and start using LeanForms for this purpose.
Other Uses of LeanForms at Falcker
In addition to the forms for drone inspections, LeanForms is widely used at Falcker.
Falcker has various materials that must be inspected in accordance with NEN standards and tracked. To streamline this process, they use a specially developed form within LeanForms.
Another use case is staff check-in. Staff members regularly visit different sites and must check in at each one. Sometimes these check-ins expire and need to be reactivated. With LeanForms, Falcker can streamline this check-in process.
Another smart feature of Falcker is the automation of digital reporting based on an inspection form. One example of this is measuring gas emissions above a tank using a drone equipped with a gas sensor. Previously, these measurements were recorded on paper, but now they can be quickly and easily processed in LeanForms and turned into a report right away.
