Ebro Foods Benelux is a group of three companies (Ebrofoods Belgium, Ebrofoods Netherlands, and Ebro Ingredients) and is part of the Spanish multinational Ebro Foods SA. Ebro Benelux processes rice products and derivatives, including whole rice, broken rice, and rice flour. It also processes legumes and grains. LeanForms was already in use at Ebro Foods’ Dutch branch, initially to automate the master data flow. Prior to the implementation of LeanForms, Excel files were still widely used and circulated among different departments and employees. This led to confusion about the location of forms, who was responsible for which tasks, and important information was often missing.
Following a successful rollout in the Netherlands, Ebro Foods Benelux decided to integrate LeanForms into its Belgian operations. This resulted in streamlined, automated processes that significantly improved efficiency and transparency.

Processing steel requests used to be a manual and labor-intensive task. With LeanForms, it’s now much easier. Many departments are involved in this process, and there are many linked documents, so the workflow created with LeanForms has made this process much more effective.
Powerful reporting capabilities
With LeanForms, Ebro Foods Benelux has access to valuable data that can be actively monitored. Before they started using LeanForms, there wasn’t much data available. They have now collected enough data to actively monitor various aspects of their business. For example, regarding the previously mentioned sample requests, they can now see how many requests there were, which account managers handled them, and what the total volume was.

Ebro Foods Benelux particularly appreciates LeanForms’ versatility when building forms. The platform offers a wide range of field types, ranging from text fields to date fields and drop-down lists. The centralized management of datasets is also considered valuable, as is the automatic updating of product lists that are available as datasets.
